Office & IT Coordinator

**In your role, you will**:

- Oversee general office operation by maintaining appearance of common areas, organising procedures, handling correspondence, managing filing systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact in the reception area, greeting guests and visitors
- Provide direct administrative supports as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, events, booking travel, maintaining filing system, mailing and shipping packages, managing IT equipment and accessories
- Assist the remote IT Helpdesk in supporting employees in the MEL office: coordinate new starter documentation and equipment, help connect IT equipment and related peripherals, provide relevant user guides, connect laptops to power and network so they can be remotely wiped, help users follow IT support processes, be responsible for IT's hardware stock, maintain a line of communication with the IT helpdesk.

**We are looking for people with**
- Proven experience in an office administrative environment
- Strong time-management skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability
- Proven ability to form strong relationships with all levels of the organization, yet act as a representative of management on a daily basis
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- A willingness to learn basic IT support processes
- Advanced computer skills at user and support level desired but not required
- Strong motivation to optimize processes
