Operating now for over 15 years, our company solely focuses on business to consumer trade services. Working directly with homeowners right across Sydney and the Illawarra, the roll requires a professional approach with a broad understanding across residential concrete construction as well as the ability to manage small teams onsite and manage onsite interactions with customers.

This job offer entails working tightly with a small team to create a positive and professional work environment for everyone. This job offer boasts attractive pay rates with consistent work 5-6 days per week, reasonable working hours and lighter than industry standard working loads.

**Must have**
- Broad understanding on residential concrete construction (Formwork, steel fixing, drainage, pump and placement, decorative concrete, saw cutting, sealing)
- Ability to operate machinery
- Ability to read construction plans
- Ability to instil quality control whist making reasonable progress on construction
- Ability to manage small teams of 2-8
- Ability to manage onsite customer relations
- Ability to instil quality control and relay information back to management.
- Valid drivers license
- Clean and safe driving history

**Bonus**
- MR or HR license class
- Ability to grind and spray concrete
