Engage Abilities is looking for **3** experienced Support Workers with personal care experience to service our clients in the Epping and surrounding area The role consists of:
SIL and Community Participation Support Workers
- Supporting participants with a disability.
- Teaching and helping with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning and life skills.
- Excellent personal care experience, toileting, showering, dressing and grooming.
- Supporting and monitoring their healthcare needs, including administering medication, life goals and getting to appointments.
- Helping them to access community facilities and be included in community groups.
- Building a rapport with participants and family members.

We are looking for committed and passionate individuals who:

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills alongside computing skills.
- Have an above average proficiency in the English language.
- Has the ability to build strong and trusting rapport with adults, children and young people.
- Must have own car and prepared to travel within Moss Vale and surrounding.
- Able to proactively assess risks and solve problems.
- Has excellent professional boundaries.
- Be a positive role model.
- Is resilient and flexible in your approach.
- Has the ability to work in high stress situations.
- Has the ability to work within a team environment and independently.
- A driver’s license with full comprehensive car insurance is required.
- Have a First Aid certificate, WWC, Police check or be willing to obtain.

Pay: $33.96 - $38.38 per hour
