**About the role**:
Our business team is engaging, fast-paced and constantly evolving. We are on the lookout for an Account Manager to look after our Small-Medium business category. You will manage a portfolio of up to 300 business accounts, providing an outstanding client experience, ensuring that they have all they need to support their businesses. You thrive on building relationships with people and are confident in your approach.

Your day will be varied through the management of existing customer accounts and proactively speaking with new customers to generate new business sales opportunities throughout Melbourne central region and Tasmania.

This role comes with excellent flexibility with a blend of working from home and in the office depending on your location. This is a full-time permanent opportunity to join a Business-to-Business team as they go from strength to strength offering our customers the very best Officeworks product solutions for their businesses.

**About you**:
You will have a background in customer service or sales within a business-to-business environment. You are proactive, customer-centric with superior time management capability. In addition, you will have:

- Strong customer service/sales experience from a B2B environment
- The ability to build strong customer relationships and work in a high volume role
- Proven ability to problem solve, offer solutions and negotiate
- You are a strategic out of the box thinker
- Experience using salesforce is desirable
