Organisation Methods Analyst

PN Leav Pty Ltd are currently looking for a talented Organisation Methods Analyst to join our team. In this role you will be actively contributing to the success of our business through a range of critical functions. You will be investigating operational requirements, problems, opportunities, and seeking effective business solutions and refining our business processes. You will play a key part in production forecasting, budgeting, and tracking seasonal performance.

Over the past 20+ years, the company has established a strong foothold in the horticulture industry by focusing on a variety of crops and leveraging the unique climate and soil conditions of the region.

**Job description**

1. Revising existing administrative policies and procedures with the aim to ensure the efficiency of the organisation;
3. Recording and analysing operational farm regulations, policies and procedures and provide advice for improvement;
4. Analysing sales and financial performances to plan for future opportunities;
5. Reviewing records and reports to decrease costs and delivery times;
6. Communicating with suppliers regarding deliveries, warranty claims and orders;
7. Monitoring current tendencies on crops growing process and collect date for analysis;
8. Taking part in reviewing new agricultural worker operational farm instruction and procedure manuals;
9. Reviewing the efficiency of the use of irrigation and fertilizer systems and their cost performance;
10. Ensure timely escalation of issues and risks and their timely reporting to the management;
11. Use company's database tools and programming languages to collect and analyse data sets;
12. Performing other duties as assigned by management.
- A bachelor or higher degree in finance, business administration, agriculture;
- Relevant experience in the agriculture industry - working at the agriculture production company for more than 2 years;
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into potential business and technology solutions;
- Initiative and strong creative problem-solving approaches and analytical skills;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
- Full time working rights in Australia.
