**About the Role**:
Our energy sector client is seeking a number of experienced IT Service Desk Analysts to join a fast-paced Corporate Services team. The organisation is experiencing a growth period with increased Capital IT Programs and staffing numbers (both permanent and temporary) that has impacted the volume of IT customer requests and incidents.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Be a part of a dedicated IT Service Desk team ensuring delivery of efficient and high quality customer service and IT support.
- Manage ServiceNow queue, for customer incidents, request and enquiries ensuring that tasks are actioned and completed in a timely manner and relevant procedures are followed.
- Target of 10 x backlog ticket requests processed per day and 10 x new requests per day.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in using Service Now or similar ITSM tool
- Experience in answering IT Service Desk calls providing 1st level technical support and end user compute (or may require appropriate escalation)
- Excellent customer service and communication.
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer service team within a large and complex organisation.
