**About us**

Mark and Sylvie's Home Care is a daughter company of Atticus health. Atticus Health is a medical company run by doctors. We primarily run medical clinics in Victoria and are passionate about offering home care to our elderly patients. We integrate our Home Care with health care clinics across your state, hence our motto, we bring health to home care.

**About the role**

This is a role where you will work as a casual home care worker (with the view to part-time in the future), assisting patients in their homes and at other times. Whilst doing this, you will be working directly with health professionals such as doctors and nurses who are passionate about caring for the elderly along the way.

**Further features of the role**
- The clients will run from Brisbane up to Sunshine Coast, however, you will be only given/offered clients within a 30-50 minute vicinity.
- A real opportunity to “close the loops” of care. When you see patients/clients in their homes, whilst helping with their ADLs, if you see something you think needs medical attention, in this role, you'll be able to raise your concern with the GP.

**The person we are looking for**
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Home & Community Care, Aged Care, Disability Services or completion of first year Bachelor of Nursing studies
- If you don't have any formal qualifications, but believe you have the right caring character, we'd still love to hear from you
- Current National Police Check
- Driver Licence and your own reliable vehicle with third-party insurance
- Up-to-date immunisations
- Passionate about helping the elderly live independently at home and has a real interest in understanding their medical care
