Our fast growing, award winning, dynamic Company is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to work our vast Anaesthetic/ICU space.
Working from the straits of Tasmania to the rainforests of Northern Queensland you will cover ALL states and regions of Australia.

**Responsibilities**:
" Arranging of the advertising of job vacancies, interviewing, and testing applicants.
" Keep up to date with the credentialing requirements for each district and state
" Ensure that Anaesthetic/ICU doctors files are maintained with up to date paperwork
" Business Development of new target hospitals whilst maintaining the relationship with existing sites.
" Forward planning roster management and helping clients to think strategically about future needs.
" Registering Anaesthetic/ICU doctors with BluePrint Medical
" Sending relevant CVs to hospitals and Anaesthetic/ICU services
" Booking Anaesthetic/ICU doctors and arranging their itineraries to relevant jobs in Australia
" Arranging the induction of doctors, checking on their first day and throughout the process
" Recording shift details from employers and assisting with the writing of job descriptions
" Providing information to employers about the market conditions in Anaesthetic/ICU
" Seeking feedback from doctors and clients
" Working with the team and company directors to continue improving our service and offering

**Suitability**
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally a grounding in medical recruitment
- Strong communication skills and phone manner
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent written skills and basic computer skills
- Any knowledge of **Anaesthetic/ICU** recruitment market an advantage
