**Your Opportunity**
- Manage accommodation for room only & catering group blocks while ensuring all relevant information is entered and followed up.
- Enter group blocks into the Marriott reservations system within 24 hours of receipt.
- Ensure all group accommodation blocks are forecasted accurately.
- Rooming lists to be entered in E-tools 7 days prior to arrival of group.
- Manage Opera and Oxi rate code configuration, enter group routing and payment instructions.
- Proactively identify any operational challenges associated with his/her group and work with the hotel staff and customer to solve these challenges and/or develop alternative solutions.
- Communicates group information for room only group blocks to the operation departments through BEO’s, group resume, group cover sheet and pre-convention meetings when needed.
- Effectively responds to and handles guest problems and complaints.
- Responsible for the billing/payment group blocks.
- Attends weekly group meeting.
- Assist with FIT reservations and checking the daily arrivals report as required.
