Levande is seeking a Sales Professional to join our team at the Somerton Park community. This hybrid role will see you support both our established community and play a key role in driving the success of new development projects across South Australia.
Your expertise and enthusiasm will be vital in guiding prospective residents and their families through the retirement living journey — from first enquiry through to settlement.

What You’ll Do
**In this pivotal role, you will**:
- Lead sales activity for new developments, with a strong focus on off-the-plan sales.
- Build deep relationships with prospective residents and their families, guiding them with confidence and care.
- Deliver a seamless and professional sales experience by following Levande’s structured process.
- Achieve sales targets and drive occupancy across both established and development communities.
- Convert enquiries into successful settlements, ensuring a smooth and timely journey from contract to handover.
- Stay across local market trends and competitor activity to inform strategies.
- Represent Levande at development launches, events, and promotional activities, showcasing our communities with professionalism and passion.
What We’re Looking For
**Essential**:
- Experience in face-to-face property or high-value sales, ideally with exposure to off-the-plan projects.
- A proven track record of converting leads into settled sales.
- Relevant sales licensing credentials (as required in SA).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience an advantage).
**Desirable**:
- Experience in retirement living, residential property, or similar lifestyle community sales.
- Background in business development or financial services.
