We have an exciting opportunity available for a **Care Worker Supervisor** to join our growing team

You will be responsible for:

- Providing guidance, support and feedback to care workers as their supervisor
- Performance monitoring through feedback from clients and staff, spot checks, follow-up phone calls and meetings (phone, Zoom or face-to-face)
- Work closely with the administration and clinical team for strategic workforce planning
- Proactively and innovatively interact with care workers to maintain connection and embracing organisational culture
- Actively participate in staff meetings and staff training sessions
- Assistance with recruitment of care workers (interviewing, reference checks, document checks)
- Conduct care worker inductions
- Monitoring and maintaining the validity of staff compliance documents
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in the aged care or community services sector
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide feedback in a firm and concise manner
- Well-presented and high level of professionalism
- Genuine interest and passion for people
- Strong understanding of compliance in the aged care sector
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills with an approachable nature
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong eye for detail and accountability to ensure compliance is met

**Other Requirements**:

- National Police Check (obtained within 3 months)
- First Aid & CPR certificate
- Drivers Licence and reliable car with insurance
- Minimum 2 doses of the COVID-19 Vaccination

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
