**About this role**:
This top tier, multi-disciplinary architecture practice are looking for a New Business Coordinator to plan, manage and produce new business submissions and presentations.As the New Business Coordinator you will have a national scope allowing you to directly engage with senior business leaders along with collaborating with the existing New Business team.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the submission process from inception to delivery
- Support New Business Leaders & senior stakeholders in developing submission strategies & supporting strategic pursuits
- Interpret client briefs and identify & source the content to support each submission
- Contribute, edit, produce & proof well written, accurate & persuasive submissions
- Update collateral including project sheets, CVs, capability statements & image resources
- Contribute to pipeline management by updating client & prospect information in the CRM
- Support new business activity including panel management, research & client engagement & procedures including prospect registration, go / no-go and submission reviews

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in an Executive Assistant or New Business Coordinator role or similar
- Strong time management skills & proven ability to work flexibly whilst managing multiple projects & deadline pressure
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
- Intermediate software knowledge including In-Design, Photoshop, Word, PowerPoint & SharePoint
- High level verbal & written communication skills including proof reading & editing content
- Understanding of CRM processes
- Understanding of new business submission processes
- Ability to understand & interpret technical briefs
