**The role**:
Cater Care is seeking a passionate, self-motivated and service delivery focused individual, who is looking for a dynamic new role in which to grow and develop within the Hospitality and Facilities Management recruitment space.
**What this role involves**:
Liaising with Hiring Managers
Drafting and posting job advertisements
Reference Checking
Coordinating recruitment process on the HRIS system
General administration
**Skills and Experiences**:
**What we require from you**:
A passion for customer service excellence
Some experience within the recruitment or administration space
An understanding of working across various hospitality and facilities management functions in challenging environments
Attention to detail and personal presentation
Able to work autonomously and within a team
Strong IT skills (Google Suite, ELMO)
Resilient, resourceful and self-assured, yet approachable and respectful
