We are looking for a duty manager.

Mosconi is an intimate modern Italian restaurant/wine bar located in the thriving James St dining precinct.

Mosconi is recruiting for a passionate Duty Manager that is looking to manage a small but motivated team.
- You will need at least 2 year experience in a similar position.

Mosconi operates lunch and dinner service Wednesday - Saturday and lunch only Sunday.

About the business

Mosconi aims to contribute to the thriving James St food and dining precinct. Operating under the title of restaurant/wine bar - the focus is centred around a carefully selected and ever evolving wine list and menu.

Our bar and kitchen focus on quality driven produce, an evolving and hand-selected wine and spirit list and value cohesion between front and back of house.

Skills, experience and attributes
- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) is preferred
- 2 years experience in a similar role
- Professionalism
- Well groomed
- ability to work in team and take direction
- Bar person to have cocktail making experience
- Wine Knowledge
- Passion and interest for food
- Positive attitude
- Be committed to exceeding guest expectations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Desire to continue learning & growing within the Industry
- Excellent practical skills
- Exceptional people skills and social awareness

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
