- You're passionate about helping people protect what matters most.
- You're not here to sell insurance; you want to give clients clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.
- You're excited to be part of a high-performing team where you can keep learning, contribute your voice, and have fun along the way.
If you're nodding your head, this might be your dream role.
What you'll do- Be the first point of contact for new clients and determine if they're a good fit for Skye.
- Partner with our support team to research, prepare, and deliver insurance proposals (Statements of Advice).
- Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Work with our support team to implement applications and keep clients and insurers updated.
- Manage ongoing client relationships and queries with care.
- Join our monthly Junior Adviser meetings to provide feedback and mentor newer advisers.

- You can simplify complex insurance terms for clients.
- You're organised, detail-focused, and great with time/task management.
- Tech comes naturally to you.
- You're self-motivated and reliable, but don't take yourself too seriously.
- Completed your Professional Year

- Strong skills in insurance quoting software and comparison tools.
- Experience lodging applications and navigating the underwriting process.
- Detailed understanding of the insurance underwriting process and likely outcomes.

An adviser who is wants to join a growing, high-performing, and highly skilled firm that is passionate about helping educate and empower people to get their personal insurance sorted out. There is no expectation to build your own referral sources or generate your own clients, we just need great advisers to help service our current inbound clients.
What you'll get (the Benefits):- Down to earth culture with epic people (even if we do say so ourselves, plus don't just take our word for it - it's all detailed in our latest employee culture survey results which we're more than happy to share with you because the results are very impressive).
- You will never need to make a sales call or feel the need to pressure clients into 'making a sale'
- Fully remote team with huge levels of flexibility (we're all about that high trust, high accountability life). We also have an office space in Melbourne so there is opportunity to connect with the Advice team in person.
