On offer is a two-year contract role, part-time (22.8 hours per week), with the spread of hours over the working week open to discussion. The role is competitively remunerated and offers access to not-for-profit salary sacrificing up to $18,500 per annum.

**About the Role**

This is an exciting long-term contract opportunity for a committed, caring and experienced Digital Marketing Assistant, reporting to the Marketing Manager; you will be responsible for the following:

- Design and production of digital assets, videos and presentations promoting RCA services and resources
- Create culturally appropriate, high-quality materials aligned with the RCA brand
- Manage RCA brand assets and outward-facing materials, ensuring consistency and integrity according to guidelines
- Analyse the performance of content and trends using analytics tools across social media.
- Create video content and film post-production
- Develop, coordinate and review the design and maintenance of digital and print patient resources and other RCA materials
- Support RCA and related websites, ensuring current, accurate and culturally appropriate information
- Follow SEO best practices
- Maintain CRM records
- Event support and other project delivery support

**About You**

We seek a highly accomplished and experienced Digital Marketing Assistant who is passionate about the organisation's mission and committed to positively supporting people with rare and less common cancers.

You will have a positive attitude and approach that reflect RCA’s missions and values. You will be enthusiastic, energetic, and highly motivated.
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, graphic design or related discipline or a minimum 2 years experience in a marketing and/or communications role
- Understanding of marketing approaches and techniques
- Website maintenance/CMS experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Suite
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management, multi-tasking and administrative skills
- Ability to think creatively and analytically
