The Fresh team in Brisbane has immediate vacancy for two experienced Food Prep to join their culinary team. Work across a diverse variety of functions and events spaces including offsite corporate events and festivals, where no two days are ever the same.

Located at Watersedge Weddings & Events at Portside - Level 2, 39 Hercules St, Hamilton QLD 4007 (located above Dendy Cinema)

**Benefits**
- Hourly rate: $31.09 plus super
- 20 hours per week
- Day Shifts on Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri
- Work for a growing hospitality group
- Ongoing work for the right applicants
- Training provided

**The Role**
- Work alongside the chef assisting with food preparation
- Ensure that the kitchen, storage areas, fridge and freezers are a high level of cleanliness
- Cleaning of all kitchen equipment, utensils and kitchen surrounds
- General washing up

**About You**
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment with knowledge of food hygiene
- Previous experience is highly desirable
- Self-driven and autonomous whilst being open to direction
- Personable, well presented, enthusiastic and reliable
- Hard working, physically fit and reliable - able to lift 10-15kgs comfortably
- Have excellent communication skills
- ‘Can do’ attitude and willingness to learn
- In possession of a valid working visa
