.**ABOUT INCA**
INCA (Influence, Content Amplification) specialises in working with GroupM and WPP agencies to deliver Influence, Content and Amplification solutions to clients. INCA was established in 2018 in the UK and the success and rapid growth of the business unit prompted a push towards expanding globally, as an offering within GroupM Digital. Progress has been made and traction gained across all regions.
**YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL**:
As the** Head of INCA AU, **you will play a leadership role, driving a clear vision and direction for INCA in Australia.
You will lead the INCA team, supporting agencies and their clients on their creator and influencer campaigns. Utilising data-driven solutions and strong relationships in market. You will be the opinion leader and market authority of this opinion led business in Australia.
You will also have extensive partner and vendor management experience, and a strong understanding of the changing landscape within the creator and influencer space. You’ll work with the regional team on the design and delivery of training & enablement plans, coordinating regional technology rollouts, and being an escalation point for market support.

**KEY STAKEHOLDERS**:
T1: Head of Programmatic, Product Marketing Director, Wavemaker Head of C&P, EssenceMediacom Head of C&P, Mindshare National Head of Performance.
T2: Head of Nexus, Head of Social for Nexus, General Manager GroupM Commerce, Xaxis/PBU/Finecast Commercial Director, Head of Trading Intelligence Investment & Partnerships.
**MEASURES OF SUCCESS**:
You will be accountable for People, Product, Partnerships, Clients & Commercials:
- People: ensure INCA team are market-leading through ubiquitous certification and accreditation across all social platforms
- Product: create and deploy new creator offerings utlising INCAtech, workflow tools, Native Advertising and DOOH.
- Clients: maintain strong (7+/10) agency client satisfaction scores across all dimensions
- Commercials: achieve 100%+ net sales target across products and consultancy solutions
**WHAT YOU SHOULD SPEND YOUR TIME DOING**:
**Product & Clients**
- Take the lead on INCA’s vision and product direction for clients and agencies.
- Collaborate with WPP agencies (AKQA, Wunderman Thompson) for opportunities across the broader group of agencies. Align on product pipelines to ensure seamless delivery of projects across WPP, GroupM & INCA
- Work with GroupM agencies and client teams to develop new products & services that meet client’s media and marketing priorities
- Identify technology driven solutions for client media and marketing problems, including the increased use of data, marketing automation and integrations between platforms
- Maintain detailed benchmarks across client campaigns to help inform your strategic recommendations
- Once product design and delivery is complete, continue to review and refined the business model, improving client engagement and commercial acumen
- Participate in agencies pitches for business development. Work with relevant agency clients to develop creator, social commerce and partnership roadmaps enabled by our consultancy and product solutions
**Partnership**
- Be the principal point of contact for all social technology vendors
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key social technology industry providers, proactively managing expectations where required
- Engage with technology partners to formulate and deliver on joint business plans where appropriate
- Recommend new partnerships where applicable to support INCA’s roadmap
- Collaborate with the CTTO leadership team to review partner performance and develop plans on a regular basis - e.g. yearly, half-yearly, quarterly
**People**
- In-line with GroupM’s JBP strategy, deliver a clear training and development agenda that enables and empowers agencies
- Promote open, collaborative, supportive and dynamic relationships throughout the agency and the WPP network
- Communicate to the wider team, the value and benefit of INCA’s approach in a clear and effective manner
