**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and effective PTE and IELTS training sessions in person.
- Develop customized lesson plans and materials to meet students’ needs.
- Conduct mock tests and provide detailed feedback to help students improve.
- Assist students in achieving their desired scores (PTE 79+ or IELTS Band 7+).
- Create and deliver live/online videos on social media platforms to engage with students.
- Maintain student records, track progress, and provide regular updates.
- Occasionally call students to follow up on their progress or schedule appointments.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing appointments, if required.
- Participate in a **mandatory one-week training program** upon joining.

**Requirements**:

- **Exam Scores**:

- Must have taken the PTE exam with a score of **79+** or the IELTS exam with a score of **Band 7+ in each module**.
- **Education and Certification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- **TESOL certification** (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a PTE and IELTS trainer.
- Strong understanding of PTE and IELTS exam formats, scoring criteria, and teaching methodologies.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and basic computer skills.
- Ability to create engaging live/online videos for social media platforms.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to work in person at our Adelaide branch.
- Flexibility to assist with administrative tasks when needed.
- Availability to participate in a **one-week mandatory training program**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in creating interactive online content (e.g., videos, webinars).
- Familiarity with social media platforms for educational purposes.
- Knowledge of additional languages (optional).
