Job Descriptions:
**Bar Staff** As a member of our Bar Staff, you will be the face of our club, providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

- Mixing and serving drinks according to standard recipes.
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service.
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
- Checking identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age.
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately.

**Floor Staff** As Floor Staff, you will ensure the smooth operation of the club floor, providing support to both guests and team members. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and seating guests promptly.
- Taking orders and delivering food and drinks efficiently.
- Clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the club area.
- Assisting with setting up and breaking down events.
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues.

**Door Staff** As Door Staff, you will be responsible for the safety and security of our guests and venue. Your responsibilities will include:

- Checking IDs and managing guest entry.
- Ensuring compliance with venue policies and regulations.
- Monitoring crowd behavior and addressing any issues promptly.
- Assisting with guest inquiries and providing directions.
- Coordinating with security and management to ensure a safe environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality or nightlife is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to work late nights and weekends.
- For Door Staff: Security certification or relevant experience is an advantage.
- RSA (must have)
