Marketing & Communications Advisor

GHDWoodhead is looking for a skilled **Marketing & **Communications Advisor **to play a key role in helping to amplify our internal and external voice and increase our market visibility.

Bringing advanced writing and editing, visual and graphic communication skills, and a natural ability to convert technical information into engaging narratives, you will support our business growth plans through the production of marketing and communication material that builds GHDWoodhead’s brand and industry reputation in Architecture & Design.

Working closely with our National Marketing and Strategic Bid Leader, and with our Subject Matter Experts in Architecture & Design, you will c apture key project information and translate it into compelling content that demonstrates our value to internal and external audiences, while also being hands on with administrative requirements.

**This varied and exciting position will see you**:

- Developing and managing web and social media content, media releases, CVs, bios, and case studies
- Coordinating with project teams to produce winning award submissions
- Assisting with creation of visually driven brand assets
- Coordinating our involvement with industry associations, conferences and events
- Preparing internal communication material and coordinating internal events such as webinars, roundtables and seminars.
- Managing contact lists and databases
- Developing creative briefs for our in-house graphic design team and coordinating outputs
- Coordinating video production and photography shoots as required

**What would you bring to the team?**
- 5 + years’ experience in a similar role ideally in a professional services environment with experience in the architecture and design, or property development industry viewed favorably
- Strong administration skills to assist in knowledge capture for marketing and coordinating inputs of SMEs etc.
- Excellent written and personal communication skills with a creative flair and a track record of delivering content tailored to a range of channels
- Strong visual communication skills with a graphic eye and attention to detail
- Highly developed communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders in a matrixed reporting structure
- Proactive, organised and positive attitude
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite Self-starter, ability to work autonomously
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (marketing, communications, journalism or similar)
