An opportunity has become available for a Business Partner to join the Ramsay North Metro Network team on a Permanent full-time basis.

The North Metro Network comprises Warringal Private Hospital, Donvale Rehabilitation Hospital and the Victorian Day Procedure Centre.

**The Role**

The successful applicant will be part of a team that provides financial support to Hospital Executive and Management.

Key accountabilities of the role include month end accounting, statutory reporting, analysis of results, asset accounting and management of debtors. The role is in a team that places great importance on providing a positive and supportive environment, with an emphasis on career development.

**About You**

This position is suited to someone who is a CPA/CA Accountant or on the pathway to qualifying. We are seeking someone who is self-motivated, possesses sound technical accounting knowledge, has high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, and someone who can manage their workload to meet key deadlines. Additionally, you should possess a strong customer focus and demonstrate the ability to communicate well with both finance and non-finance stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.

To be successful in this role, you will also have:
**Essential**:

- Qualifications in Financial or Management Accounting disciplines;
- Knowledge of Financial Reporting processes and understanding of general ledger accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventory control;
- Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills;
- Ability to set standards, targets and objectives, and then coordinate work plans to ensure success in meeting same;
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft products, and advanced skills in Excel;
- Proven ability to work independently whilst also contributing to a team and working towards independent, team and organisational objectives; and
- Strong customer service focus.

Previous experience in Health Care will also be highly desirable.
