**Location**: Malvern East, VIC

**Pay rate**: $34-37 per hour + Super + paid leave

**Days**:Wednesdays, Fridays, and one or two other weekdays of your choice

**Hours**: 8am-5pm (a 4th day can be shorter if you prefer)

**Children**: 4 year old, 3 year old, and newborn

**Start date**:

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Permanent Australian Resident
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Valid First Aid and CPR
- Drivers Licence
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles
- 2 outstanding references we can contact.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
This loving family has just welcomed their 3rd baby and is seeking a Nanager all-rounder to support them. Start date is flexible, as they are eager for help but want to secure the right person for what will hopefully be a long-term working relationship.

This role will involve a mix of caring for the children, both independently and alongside the parents at times (particularly in the early days, when baby is still young and mum is not yet back at work full-time), and doing household tasks such as the following:

- meal prep/simple cooking
- laundry
- shopping/errands
- helping the family to maintain a tidy and organised home environment.

Their 3 and 4 year old girls will be home 2 days a week but attend childcare the other days. The children and their needs will be the primary responsibility when they are in the nanny's care. The right person for this role will be mature, responsible, and warm - able to facilitate enjoyable and appropriate activities and outings for the children.

Both parents usually work full-time in busy jobs and value the time they have to spend with their children. They are an active family, enjoying the outdoors and exploring. The parents value an organised home environment, and the children do well with some routine, so they need a Nanager to help this happen
