**The Role**
As an Analyst, your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Assisting the HR team with all HR analytics
- Collate data for reporting purposes
- Assisting with remuneration review reporting
- Working with the HR team to gather information
- General reporting as required

**You**
To be successful in this role you will have:

- **Advanced Excel skills and confident on reporting**:

- **Analytical background is essential**:

- HR exposure is preferred
- Ability to understand and pick up different systems quickly
- Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise well
- Fast learner and can-do attitude
