**The Company**

An emerging listed natural resources company operating internationally. They are seeking a qualified and experienced finance professional to liaise with investors.

**The Role**

Joining their head office based in Brisbane, the role will manage the company’s engagement with market stakeholders.

An overview of the role will include, but is not limited to:

- Responding to enquiries from shareholders and other stakeholders
- Liaising with share registries on behalf of shareholders
- Working with external advisors to implement and maintain investor relations calendar
- Supporting company attendances at external meetings and conferences
- Monitor media sources for relevant company or industry announcements
- Collaborate with international subsidiaries to ensure consistency of corporate communications and branding across the Group

**About You**

Ideally you will display:

- Tertiary qualification in relevant field
- Experience working in investor relations or corporate communications
- Experience in developing and executing communication strategy for investors
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Understanding of ASX reporting requirements
