**About the Role**

Reporting to our fabulous Chief Financial officer, this role is a trusted advisor to the BOQ Group Executive Committee and Board and is responsible for developing strong relationships with key buy side and sell side participants, proxy advisors and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) ratings agencies.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, this role will drive and lead BOQ Group’s ESG strategy including delivery of environmental targets, assessment of key risks and supporting the wider group with key ESG focus areas.
Some of the exciting and challenging stuff you’ll be involved with are:
- Managing two-way communication between the investment community and BOQ Group.
- Develop and execute investor target and communications strategy.
- Preparation of disclosures including investor presentations, ASX releases, Annual Report and Sustainability Report.
- Management of share registry including capital raising activities, share register optimisation and dividend process.
- Monitor market developments, ensuring compliance with continuous disclosure obligations and analysis of competitor results and analyst response.

**About you**
As an experienced Senior leader in Investor Relations, you’ll join us with extensive experience in Investor Relations with the ability to prioritise multiple issues and stakeholders, whilst working in a dynamic, cross-functional, and collaborative environment to achieve Group outcomes. Yes - you live and breathe all things Investor Relations and join us with a passion, and experience, of partnering with the business to solve strategic and complex problems, makes decisions that impact the future of BOQ Group

Additional experience that could come in handy in this role are:
- Banking & Finance experience
- Knowledge of Equity markets.
- Financial metrics and equity valuation models.
- Deep knowledge of key ESG issues for the banking industry.
- A strong commercial acumen.
