**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers through leads provided by our lead generation team.
- Educate homeowners on the installation procedures and benefits of products offered under the Victorian energy upgrades program.
- Conduct energy assessments to determine eligibility for residential installations.
- Guide homeowners through the appointment scheduling process and confirm installation dates.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the installation team to organize and facilitate smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in energy-saving technologies.
**Qualifications**:
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Previous in-field sales experience (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
- Capable of working both independently and in a team.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Proven experience in sales, consultation, or a related role (experience in energy or HVAC is a plus).
- Basic understanding of energy efficiency programs is desirable.

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplementary Pay:
