Our beautiful 140-place bayside campus is looking for a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to lead our Kinder room and help shape this next chapter.

**The Role**

This opportunity is for a Teacher (Level 1-5 under the Teacher Award) who's ready to make a difference leading engaging programs, celebrating every child's uniqueness, and working alongside a team who genuinely care about what they do.

Key Duties:

- Plan and implement a curriculum that celebrates each child's individuality and curiosity
- Maintain learning documentation and child development records
- Support daily routines that nurture belonging, growth, and fun
- Embed the National Quality Framework and EYLF into your everyday practice
- Mentor and inspire your colleagues through collaboration and professional growth

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or ACECQA-approved equivalent
- Current VIT Registration (Early Childhood)
- Experience in creating and delivering engaging, play-based programs
- Strong knowledge of the NQF and EYLF
- Valid Working with Children Check
