We're recruiting on behalf of a national law firm, seeking an experienced legal administrator or PA for their litigation practice.
This is a job share role with working hours of 8:30am - 5pm, Mondays and Tuesdays.
In this position daily responsibilities include:
- Organising matters and workflows utilising legal document management software;
- Diarising court and matter deadlines, internal and external meetings;
- Arranging meetings, events and travel including preparation of relevant information;
- Financial administration including monthly billing, disbursements and reporting;
- Producing documents, correspondence, reports, and presentations;
- Working effectively with your job-share partner and wider team to ensure deadlines are met and information is passed on accurately.
- Ad hoc practice projects and office administration.

**The Requirements**:
Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications that individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:
- Previous experience of working in a similar role within a professional services organisation and supporting multiple fee earners;
- Proficiency on Microsoft Office Suite and previous exposure to legal file management and billing programmes;
- Confident and conscientious, able to use your initiative and knowledge of legal workflows to anticipate the needs of the team;
- Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work to multiple and conflicting priorities;
- Strong communication skills;
- Polished and friendly.
