Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and daily living needs.
- Provide support with light household duties (cleaning, cooking, laundry).
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping, or community outings.
- Communicate clearly in Spanish and English with clients and families.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Previous experience in support work, aged care, or disability care (preferred).
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient.
- Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
- Police Check / Working With Children Check / First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Current driver’s license and own vehicle (preferred but not mandatory).

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour
