We are looking for a Female compassionate and dedicated Disability support worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with disability and mental health challenges, helping them to achieve greater independence and improve their well-being. Responsibilities include assisting with daily tasks, supporting clients during emotional and mental health crises, encouraging participation in community activities, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. **Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $27.73 - $39.41 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Ndis worker check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

**Location**:

- Maroubra, NSW (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)

Work Location: In person
