We seek an analytical individual to join our Commercial Team as a Commercial Analyst & Power BI Specialist. This person will be primarily focusing on ongoing development and improvement of a reporting suite designed to meet the needs of various teams including the executive.

Day to day, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business questions and work to bring valuable insights to their fingertips using Power BI. You will play a key role is ensuring stakeholders have access to the information they need to make decisions

**Your will support the business by**:

- Generate reports for internal and external customers for business performance monitoring and business decision making.
- Provide management / support for ad-hoc enquiries (query, data, report generation) as required.
- Create and prepare KPI reporting, visualisations in Power BI that highlights performance levels and presents insights.
- Run training workshops to educate stakeholders on new analytics products, solutions and updates.
- Conduct commercial analysis and price modelling for new business / tenders.
- Maintain pricing elements within the operating system and support pricing queries from our National Customer Service Teams.
- Effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with Business Intelligence tools, especially Power BI platform.
- Adept at BI queries, report writing and presenting findings. Exposure to SQL would be advantageous.
- Experience with data relating to customer management, business operational performance and improvement.
- High attention to detail but also able to present information at a strategic level.
- Self-organised with the ability to operate independently and deliver quality work.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinker; demonstrating proactive, problem solving initiative and ability to improve processes.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar position.
- Exposure to Transport and Logistics industry is desirable.
