**The Company**

Our client is an innovative Australian-owned business and an industry leader. With a well-known brand they are currently seeking an experienced Quality Manager who has knowledge in mechanical assembly.

**The Role**

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Develop and maintain quality standards across the manufacturing process.
- Investigate and resolve issues relating to quality either internally or with suppliers.
- Partner with and develop production team leaders to identify quality issues and effectively document and resolve.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure consistent standard of product.
- Liaise with product dealers on quality of finished product and ensure negative feedback is effectively addressed.
- Re-work standard operating procedures relating to quality sign off.

**Your Background**

To be successful in this role you will be:

- Experienced in a similar quality management role.
- Experienced in a mechanical assembly environment.
- Able to demonstrate a hands-on leadership style.
- Experienced leading external audits
- The ability to continuously improve manufacturing processes
- A demonstrated history of engaging with different departments to achieve improved results in product quality.
- Collaborative and inquisitive nature with demonstrated success in manufacturing environments.
