The Head of Corporate Technology will take ownership of sourcing, implementing, and supporting technology solutions for business functions. These will include specialist systems for departments such as Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing and Risk as well as companywide platforms for productivity and collaboration. The incumbent will spearhead transformative technology initiatives, drive operational efficiency, and cultivate collaborative synergies across our organization.

You will be coming in to build this new capability from the ground up. It will require someone with a strategic mindset who thrives on rolling up their sleeves and taking a hands-on approach.

**The key requirements of the role include**:

- Collaborate with senior management to define and execute the corporate technology roadmap.
- Gather requirements, define project scope, and establish timelines for implementations.
- Oversee the successful deployment of systems, including coordination of user acceptance testing and business readiness.
- Ensure robust support models are in place, leveraging both internal and external resources.
- Cultivate strong relationships with technology vendors and external partners for effective product and service delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and align technology solutions accordingly.
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership on project progress, risks, and opportunities.

**Experience required**:

- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities within fast-paced environments.
- Solid project / program management skills, handling multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Sound understanding of information security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
