**The Role**

Mercy Community current have a number of casual positions available across the Toowoomba region working with foster families and children. We will be able to provide anywhere between 3 hours to 20 hours per week. This position is responsible for providing in home practical support and home care services to foster care families in accordance with their case plan, within the philosophy of Mercy Community Services.

**To be eligible for this position you will require**:

- Experience in working in a self-directed environment.
- Demonstrated basic to intermediate ability to use computer IT systems including MS Word.
- Hold a Queensland Provisional Green (P2) or Open Driver Licence.
- You will have experience in similar role or hold a Certificate III in Community Services.
- Evidence of current vaccination against COVID-19 or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $38.08 per hour plus superannuation in line with level 2.1 of our Enterprise Agreement (dependent on qualifications and experience). You can also increase your take-home pay by salary sacrificing and other benefits available within our Enterprise Agreement.
