**ABOUT THE ROLE **

The Marketing Manager is responsible for telling our hotel's unique story across various digital marketing platforms. The role involves managing multiple digital marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with key stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility and enhance guest engagement. We want to work with a storyteller who thrives in a collaborative environment, can manage projects independently, and possesses strong problem-solving abilities.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES **
- ** Drive digital marketing initiatives -** Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance the hotel's online presence and drive guest engagement.
- ** Maintain brand identity and consistency -** Ensure all digital marketing efforts align with the hotel's brand guidelines.
- ** Manage external agencies and stakeholders -** Oversee relationships with external agencies and other partners to execute marketing campaigns and ensure our strategic objectives align.
- ** Coordinate hotel departments - **Work closely with multiple hotel departments - including sales, reservations, and operations - to ensure marketing activities are executed on time and align with overall strategies.
- ** Content development and management - **Lead the creation and management of engaging digital content that resonates with our target audience and enhances our brand's online presence.
- ** Stay updated on trends -** monitor and adapt to digital marketing trends and technologies to keep our strategies innovative and effective.
- ** Manage planning documents and calendars - **Maintain planning documents and calendars to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns and monitor budgets to ensure the cost-effective allocation of resources to maximise ROI.
- ** Maintain website content -** Oversee the management of multiple hotel websites to maximise SEO while ensuring content is accurate, consistent, engaging and informative.
- ** Analyse and report performance -** Track, analyse and report on digital marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaigns' effectiveness and identify improvement areas.

**Qualifications**

**ABOUT YOU **
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels.
- Excellent project management skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, and the confidence to work with external agencies.
- Strong analytical skills, a data-driven approach to marketing strategy and decision-making, and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, decision-making and time-management skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
- While experience in hotels is desirable, it's not mandatory, and a go-getting attitude complimented by an eagerness to make an impact will be most appealing.
- Proficient using the Microsoft and Adobe suites.
