**About the Role**

In this newly created role of Quality Advisor, you'll be a relationship builder, creative problem-solver, a trusted guide and key contact for complaints and feedback.

You will establish long lasting relationships with clients, their representatives, external providers and regulatory agencies to resolve concerns and make positive improvements.

- Assist with feedback and complaints management to ensure they are investigated and resolved end to end.
- Establish long lasting relationships—building trust with clients, their representatives, external providers and regulatory agencies to resolve concerns and make positive changes.
- Represent Minda as a liaison with clients and their families to ensure complaints are heard and addressed effectively.
- Shape the culture of continuous quality improvement

**What You’ll Bring**
- Exceptional relationship-building skills—you know how to connect with people, earn trust quickly, and communicate with empathy, respect and kindness.
- Experience in complaints resolution - ideally within the disability, health, or other community services sector.
- A sound understanding of the NDIS Complaints Management and Resolution Rules 2018 and Effective Complaints Handling Guidelines for NDIS providers.
- Outcomes focussed, confident and resilient.
- A genuine commitment to inclusion, advocacy, and ensuring the client voice is heard.

- Successful resolutions with positive outcomes for the client
