We are currently hiring an experienced **customer service assistant** to work in our Trade store located at our site in **Carole Park QLD**

**This is an Indigenous

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Putting customer service first and exceeding customer requirements
- Using your retail experience to support the Store Manager
- Excelling in a team environment
- Demonstrating attention to detail and safety awareness
- Must have good availability & willingness to work weekends and overnights when required
- Pick and pack customer orders

**Experience required**
- A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace
- To handle cash and know your stuff by promoting monthly specials and products
- A focus on ensuring our safety standards are met
- You’ll need to be comfortable working on your own and following set instructions
- To deliver with pride through site presentation and stock management
- The availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
- You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $47,000.00 - $53,000.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mackay QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
