**About the Role**

***Given our clients continued growth, they have an opportunity for a Full Time eCommerce Coordinator. This passionate family business in the automotive parts industry have a thriving online business. They are looking for someone to manage this and join them on their next phase of growth and expansion.

**Responsibilities**
- Product enrichment for all our clients marketplaces
- Improve the marketplace online presence
- Day to day communication with the warehouse & monitoring order fulfillment
- Investigating shipment queries with logistic companies
- Investigating order flow issues with relevant Ecommerce third parties
- Working with customer service to improve customer experience.
- eCommerce projects as directed by business requirements
- Marketplace performance report
- All relevant weekly and monthly reporting

**Skills**
- Experience in a similar Ecommerce/Content/Marketplace role, experience with Shopify is ideal.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer focused with a consistent commitment to provide high quality customer service and go above and beyond
- Great communicator, able to escalate issues in a timely manner
- Strong time management and attention to detail, you thrive in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce
- Excel knowledge
