- ** $1,000 Sign on Bonus - Conditions apply**:

- ** Hourly Rate + Super + Km Reimburse (92cents per KM) + Paid Travel Time**

We're growing and are looking for Community Support Workers to join our team You will be travelling around the lower Blue Mountains and will need to have availability a minimum of 2 days during Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. We will roster you according to your availability.

Make a difference through providing high quality personalised care to our valued aged care clients in their own homes, supporting our clients in living life to its fullest whilst building a career that is both rewarding & diverse.

As part of a dedicated team you will provide services that include;
- Domestic Assistance/Housekeeping such as cleaning bathroom, kitchen, vacuuming, mopping, ironing etc
- Meal preparation
- Transport to appointments and shopping etc
- Personal care such as showering, grooming and toileting (provided by some Community Workers after appropriate training)

**_ To be successful in this role you’ll need:_**
- ** An Australian driver's licence and a reliable insured motor vehicle is essential**:

- Reliability and compassion for the elderly
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- 3 Covid vaccinations
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent - **advantage but not essential**:

- Previous experience as a Home Care Worker will be highly regarded - but not essential
