- **The Opportunity**:
Do you have the drive, skills and ability to work with us as part of our team? Our Brisbane based Project Team requires an experienced Lead Expeditor to ensure the delivery of materials and equipment in a timely and cost-effective manner to support our Ampol Future Fuels Project
- **In this role, some of the following duties you will undertake but not limited to**:

- Managing the expediting team on a day to day basis and aassign tasks and monitor the progress of team members to ensure deadlines are met. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and issues
- Responsible for coordinating all aspects of desk and field expediting reporting to project management including the client
- Ensuring delivery of contracted goods and vendor data deliverables and coordinates the flow of materials, packages, and assemblies through the production process. This role involves close collaboration with vendors on regular basis to ensure timely delivery
- Handle and monitor the more challenging and complex packages and identify delivery improvement opportunities by details analysis of supplier project schedules
- Ensuring delivery of goods is planned in accordance with project delivery requirements
- Assisting the Contract Manager in the resolution of contract disputes
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the production process troubleshoot and address issues related to material availability and delivery. Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues
