Expeditor

Clough, as part of the Integrate Alliance, is delivering the engineering, procurement and construction for the upgrade of the Woodman Point Sludge Treatment Facilities, a significant sustainable infrastructure project for the Perth community, reducing waste and emissions.

We are currently searching for an Expeditor to join the Woodman Point Project team in Perth. As Expeditor you will support the Project Procurement team with the management of awarded Procurement packages for minor and major equipment purchase orders and ‘bulk’ materials packages in accordance with planned timelines.

Your focus will include:
- Expediting vendor deliverables, maintaining supplier relationships, conducting regular progress meetings, maintaining the Project Expediting Status Report (ESR).- Liaising with Engineering, Quality and Construction functional groups to ensure the Alliance commitments are met on time.- Supports the SCM team in achieving project scheduled targets with the delivery of goods and documents.- Monitor and report delays in the delivery of documentation and goods.- Manage logistics from Vendor to projects site for Domestic vendors.

What you will bring to the team:
- Previous experience in a similar role.- Exposure to EPC type lump sum projects.- Previous experience with Vendor Management and engagement.- Experience in expediting delivery of purchased equipment and associated Supplier documentation.- Knowledge and understanding of materials management systems and processes and practical experience of maintaining purchasing /expediting data in materials management systems.- Previous experience with input to tenders for new business.
