**The Role**

Based at our offices close to Perth Airport, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the operational aspects of our growing service department, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. You will lead a team of service professionals to operate and maintain innovative renewable energy systems across Australia. Working closely with other departments you will optimise service processes and contribute to the overall growth and success of our organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of service technicians & professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and continuous development.
- Manage the implementation and continuous improvement of a service request ticketing process.
- Develop and implement strategies and procedures to optimise service operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Monitor and analyse service metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate action plans.
- Work closely with the Service Account Managers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and budget management.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as project delivery sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of service delivery with overall business objectives.

Foster a customer-centric culture within the service department, emphasising the importance of delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (engineering or business management)or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in service operations management, preferably in an asset management industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Documented experience in implementation of service request/ticketing process driven by prioritisation and contractual requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in analysing and interpreting service metrics and KPIs.
- Effective communication and people skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
