Field Service Manager – Kenwick, WA
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Field Service Manager to lead our service operations team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused support across the region.
As the Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing field service operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-performing delivery of technical support to our customers. You will drive operational excellence through effective planning, performance management, and continuous improvement while fostering a culture of safety and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop field service teams to deliver outstanding service and technical support.
Plan and coordinate service activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Manage warranty processes, service standards, and compliance with safety and company policies.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, logistics, and sales to enhance service delivery.
Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, minimise downtime, and drive customer satisfaction.
About you:
We’re seeking a dynamic leader who combines strong technical knowledge with a people-first mindset. You will have:
Trade qualification or bachelor’s degree in engineering (or related field).
Proven experience managing field service operations within mining, construction, or heavy industry.
Demonstrated success in team leadership, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
Strong analytical and planning abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel.
A commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and delivering service excellence.
