About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Field Service Manager to lead our service operations team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused support across the region. 

As the Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing field service operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-performing delivery of technical support to our customers. You will drive operational excellence through effective planning, performance management, and continuous improvement while fostering a culture of safety and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop field service teams to deliver outstanding service and technical support.

• Plan and coordinate service activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

• Manage warranty processes, service standards, and compliance with safety and company policies.

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and issue resolution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, logistics, and sales to enhance service delivery.

• Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, minimise downtime, and drive customer satisfaction.

About you:

We're seeking a dynamic leader who combines strong technical knowledge with a people-first mindset. You will have:

• Trade qualification or bachelor's degree in engineering (or related field).

• Proven experience managing field service operations within mining, construction, or heavy industry.

• Demonstrated success in team leadership, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.

• Strong analytical and planning abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel.

• A commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and delivering service excellence.
