**About the Role**
They are currently seeking an experienced Shared Services Support Officer with plant hire or invoice and timesheet experience to join their team in Wollongong. This is an estimated 3-month temporary assignment, with a strong potential to extend. Working within Shared Services, you will be required to respond to multi-channel customer enquiries as first contact as well as process transactions, contracts and purchase order variations to support the effective delivery of Tier 0 and tier 1 services to a range of internal and external customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Act as first point of contact, delivering professional customer service
- Answering customer enquiries, in a timely and accurate manner
- Work comfortably within a high volume transactional shared services environment
- Process transactions, referring to shared service articles and guides
- Interpret and resolve problems, escalating more complex enquiries to senior team members
- Provide customers updates and feedback to ensure they are aware of the progress of their enquiry
- Records and database management, ensuring accuracy, integrity and confidentiality
- Utilise a range of technology and telephony systems to triage, refer and escalate work tasks
- Meet KPI’s and achieve the shared services performance levels for customer satisfaction, efficiency and effectiveness
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in regular quality assessments along with operational and performance discussions
- Work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
**About You**
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- A strong customer service and service delivery focus
- High attention to detail
- Superior organisational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Solid analytical, negotiation, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite and telephony systems
**Requirements**:
- Call Centre or Shared Services experience essential
- Demonstrated knowledge of Procurement Shared Services
- Proven Plant Hire or invoice/timesheet experience
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
