**About Us**

StepUp is a dynamic and growing company dedicated to delivering high-quality disability related services. We are looking for a creative and results-driven **Marketing Specialist** to join our team and help drive our brand’s growth.

**About the Role**

As a **Marketing Specialist**, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns, enhancing brand awareness, and driving customer engagement. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both in the office and from home.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create compelling content for digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Assist with event planning, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.

**About You**

We’re looking for someone with:

- Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media, SEO, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends.
