Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist will be a hybrid role, driving marketing outcomes for Maas Group Holdings and the commercial real estate division.

In this role you would be expected to:

- Support the execution of the Maas Group Marketing Strategy alongside the Group Marketing team
- Develop and execute on the marketing strategy and schedule for the Maas Commercial Real Estate business alongside the Group Marketing Manager and General Manager Commercial Real Estate
- Build the profile the Maas brand in the commercial property segment and create and nurture brand awareness with key audiences and in key markets utilising both digital and traditional communication channels, strategic sponsorships and industry partnerships
- Manage and extract maximum value from external agencies on project marketing where required
- Identify and execute on customer experience KPIs in the commercial real estate businesses through an NPS program
- Undertake ongoing quantitative and qualitative research into audience behaviours and target markets to support commercial outcomes across the business
- Champion the Maas brand family.
