**About the Project**

We are seeking an experienced **Diesel Fitter** for our Mogalakwena Underground Project in South Africa. We are interested in people who are passionate about sharing their skills and knowledge of Australian Mining methods and processes to transfer to the South African workforce. The Mogalakwena Project is located Mogalakwena Mine is situated 30 kilometres north-west of the town of Mokopane in the province of Limpopo.

**The Role Involves**
- Servicing of equipment as per service schedules.
- Repairs to equipment efficiently and consistent with the required for standard of work.
- Maintain and enhance the skills and knowledge necessary to competently perform required duties.
- Assisting operational and trades teams as required and with competencies.
- Identify and Promote suggestions to increase productivity and/or reduce operating costs; and
- Ensure that all work is conducted to a satisfactory level of quality that minimises the chance of subsequent faults and reworks reducing and additional financial implications.
- Demonstrate, develop and transfer all relevant skills to local site personnel on all aspects of maintenance processes and procedures.

**Key Requirements**
- Underground heavy mobile equipment experience;
- Trade Certificate (auto electrical) or equivalent;
- Experience working as an expatriate will be highly regarded;
- **5+ years working in an underground mining environment;**:

- Ability and willingness to transfer/mentor their skills & knowledge to South African personnel;
- All valid and relevant qualifications, certificates and licences;
