Happy Days Early Learning Centres (ELCs) are safe, supportive spaces offering high quality early learning education and care for children aged six weeks to five years old.

**About the role**

The Early Childhood Educator is a vital member of the Early Learning team in the delivery of our Children’s Programs in the community.

This role requires:

- A genuine love and passion for working with children and families, be energetic, enthusiastic and motivated in joining our dynamic team
- An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework
- Facilitating a diverse learning experience in an inclusive environment for all children, their families and employees
- Encouraging children's independence in relation to health and wellbeing
- Role modelling for children in developing lifelong skills and instilling in them a passion for learning
- Nurturing the curiosity of children in your care, expanding their skillset and overall development
- This is a Casual opportunity, with above award rates of $37 - $39 per hour depending on qualifications held._

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early - Childhood/Children’s services or equivalent
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
- Must hold current NSW Working with Children's Check (employee)
